PawClaim is an AI-powered tool that helps pet owners understand pet insurance policies, analyze vet bills, generate appeal letters, and navigate the claims process. PawClaim is not a law firm, licensed insurance adjuster, veterinary provider, or insurance company.
You may use PawClaim for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your own pet insurance situation. You agree not to submit documents belonging to others without authorization, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or use the service to harass, defame, or harm any party.
The Appeal Package ($39) and Guardian membership ($99/year) are processed by Stripe. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us at hello@pawclaim.com and we will resolve it.
The analysis, documents, and content generated by PawClaim on your behalf are yours to use for your personal claim purposes. The underlying tools, systems, and platform are owned by PawClaim and may not be reproduced or resold.
PawClaim is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawClaim and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including denied claims, missed deadlines, or reliance on our analysis.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders.
